Jake Garn D.D.S.
Dr. Garn was born in Sierra Vista and spent his childhood in Southern Idaho. He earned his undergraduate degree from Utah State University before continuing his education at the University of Utah's dental school, where he honed his clinical skills.
Additionally, he accumulated 300 hours of further education in implant dentistry and is a member of the American Association of Implant Dentistry. He has a deep passion for dentistry and enjoys working with patients to help them achieve excellent oral health.
In his leisure time, he loves being with his family and is proud to be a "girl dad." He also enjoys fantasy football, outdoor activities, and staying active through working out. He is excited to call flagstaff home now and helping the community with its oral healthcare needs

Hey there! My name is Savannah and I am 24-year-old. I recently tied the knot and moved with my husband to the beautiful island of Kauai for six months for a bit of a new chapter. Now back on the mainland, we feel so blessed to have made so many incredible memories there together!
Born and raised in Flagstaff, I grew up in a big family where we always found ways to enjoy the outdoors. My husband and I love to spend our free time laking, camping, and exploring new places with our dog, Millie, in tow.
I’m passionate about connecting with others, and I always try to bring a friendly, approachable attitude to everything I do. Whether I'm working or adventuring, I believe in making the most of every experience.

My name is Rylee and I am happy to be part of the dental team here at Mountain West Family Dental. I am originally from the Tri-State of AZ, I have family and friends that live in Flagstaff and I always loved to come out and visit and eventually decided to move here!
I graduated dental assisting school at Mohave Community College in 2024. I love to helping each patient feel confident about their smile and help educate them. I enjoy traveling, live music, fishing, working out, spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends!

I was born in South Dakota but originally from Wisconsin. I was an army brat so we moved around a lot. I have two beautiful adult boys who I treasure. I graduated from Northern Arizona University in May 1992 with a bachelors degree of Science in Dental Hygiene. I have been a dental hygienist for 33 years. I love what I do.
